At PetSoul Crafts, every item is handmade and made to order. Because our products are custom keepsakes, each piece requires careful time, attention, and handcrafting before it is ready to ship.
Processing Time
All products are handmade and customized. Production typically takes 15–35 business days, depending on the complexity of the order, the product type, and the amount of detail required.
For more detailed custom pieces, such as pet sculptures, wool felt portraits, pet houses, or special request keepsakes, production may take longer.
Custom Orders
Production begins after we receive your order details and the pet photos needed for customization. After checkout, please send your pet photos by email. Clear front, side, back, and full-body photos are helpful for showing your pet’s face, markings, colors, and special details.
Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in shape, color, texture, and details are normal. These small differences are part of the handmade process and make each keepsake unique.
Shipping Time
After your order is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping time may vary depending on your location, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. Delivery delays may happen during busy seasons, holidays, customs inspections, or unexpected carrier issues.
