Each piece is handmade based on your order details and pet photos. After placing your order, please send your pet photos by email. Clear front, side, back, and full-body photos are helpful for showing your pet’s markings, colors, and special details.
How long does production take?
Most custom orders are completed within 15–35 business days, depending on the product type, complexity, and current workload. More detailed handmade pieces may require additional time.
Will the finished piece look exactly like my pet?
Each item is handmade, so it will not be an exact photographic copy. We do our best to capture your pet’s look, personality, and special details, but slight differences in shape, color, texture, and expression are normal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. After 24 hours, orders usually cannot be canceled or significantly modified because materials and production preparation may already have started.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are generally final once production has started. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
